By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or configuring hardware like the Teltonika FMM00A series through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Nexum23 LLC specializes in engineering bespoke automation business systems (BAS) and intelligent logistics frameworks. Our services include, but are not limited to, GoHighLevel (GHL) implementation, AI Intent Routing, and GPS hardware configuration for fleet management.
By providing your mobile phone number to Nexum23 LLC through any of our web forms or communication channels, you are providing "Express Written Consent" to be contacted via SMS/MMS.
You consent to receive automated marketing, transactional, and notification-based text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your project status and interaction with our AI Intent Routing system.

Nexum23 LLC provides the configuration software and server routing but is not liable for vehicle damage resulting from improper installation or tampering with the vehicle's On-Board Diagnostics.
All SaaS snapshots, automation logic, and "Universal BOS" architectures developed by Nexum23 LLC remain the exclusive property of Nexum23 LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed Statement of Work.
In no event shall Nexum23 LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of the use or inability to use our automation systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
